• For orders from B2B, all countries except UAE placed between 01 Nov 2025 and 31 Dec 2025, you can request a return until 31 Jan 2026 or within the country's standard COP from the delivery date, whichever is later.  This extended cooling-off period does not apply to Christmas items listed here. 

• Starting January 1st, 2026, dropXL dropshipping will operate exclusively with business-to-business (B2B) customers across all countries. Private customers without a valid VAT/TAX/GST/JCT number will no longer be eligible to register. For private account, we recommend you begin the registration process for your local VAT/TAX/GST/JCT number as soon as possible. Please re-register the new business account using the new local VAT/TAX/GST/JCT and complete the corresponding compliance verifications before February 1st, 2026. Because all current private accounts will be deactivated on February 2nd, 2026.

• Starting February 4th, 2026, we will add UPS_NL as a shipping option to Ireland. Deliveries to FR, NL, BE, UK, SE, and DE are delayed by 3 days due to bad weather
