• Here is an update on our recent carrier changes:

  • FI: The new carrier, UPS_NL, is scheduled to go live on September 10th.
  • FR: The new carrier, Chronopost_FR, has already gone live.
  • SE: The new carrier, Postnord_SE, has already gone live.

• Starting in August, response time will be delayed by 3 - 5 business days due to customer service team structural adjustments. Starting in September, response time will be delayed by 1 business days  for support and compliance team due to the peak email traffic period.
